If you want to reach out to a wide, engaged audience in a very short timeframe, social media can be the answer. If you want to keep clients and customers in the loop, as well as offering solutions to problems that new customers may face, social media can also be the answer!

Truth be told, this can be done easier and simpler by yourself, however, factors of time and creativity can come into play. Which can make the content and consistency quite difficult to achieve.

If it’s a straight shoot between sorting out the cashflow or wooing a new client, versus thinking about what to post on Twitter (or X, as it’s now known), there’s always only going to be one winner.

Which is why Boutique Web Design offers a range of simple, affordable social media packages. No gimmicks, nothing that would compromise your brand, just good old fashioned social media posting.

When taking a social media management package from us, we can either produce the content solely, or you can send us ideas and images you’d like to have us post on social media.

We do recommend you being able to supply us with images and content on a regular basis, as things like User Generated Content (UGC), including completed jobs, testimonials and user product reviews, perform higher than “traditional” social media content.

However, this is not a requirement of taking a package from us, and we can manage your social accounts without.

If you are wanting to grow your social media presence over time, it is essential you have someone with expertise looking after your social media.

This is because like website design, website content, email marketing and branding, social media needs somebody keeping an eye on it, looking after it, and taking steps to grow it.

It’s a very simple game, in that you just need to get as many eyeballs on your social media as possible, however, you also need to have the time to play this game.

At Boutique Web Design, we will be able to look after your social accounts, but we also advise the benefit of having someone in your business looking after your social media accounts.

We will be happy to provide guidance, consultancy and knowledge to yourself or a nominated person within your business on what’s ‘good’ on social media.

We will provide three posts per week on a maximum of two social media accounts. This will be limited to text and image-based content. All of your content will be created as per your brand guidelines, or using your existing branding as a guide.

Basic social stats via a monthly report will be provided.

We will provide five posts per week on a maximum of four social media accounts. We will create video based content using videos provided by yourself or videos from our library. We will also engage with users across your social media accounts.

Intermediate social stats with analysis and action points will be provided.

Maxim

Ten posts per week across unlimited social accounts. We will use current events and trending topics to influence ‘real time’ content, as well as ‘business as usual’, scheduled content. Ideal for businesses operating in a fast-moving sector.

Advanced stats and a monthly catch-up call will be provided.

What sort of content will you post on my social media?

We are more than happy for you to give guidance as to what you would like posted across your social accounts, whether you have a clear vision in mind and just don’t have the time to execute it, or whether you want to give us ideas, we are always happy to be guided by the vision of our client partners.

If you are unsure as to what you want posted across your social accounts, we will take the lead and post informative industry content (how to guides, factsheets, etc), company history, using content from your existing website to inspire social content, asking questions to your audience, and leaning towards the use of memes and humourous content (if you consent, and it fits the tone of voice of your business).

We will never post anything that could be deemed as “controversial” or insensitive towards your followers or the wider social media audience. Whilst yes, there is no such thing as “bad publicity”, we would rather take a more risk-averse approach, and simply provide great content to both your business and your social audiences.

Should anything we post on your behalf be inaccurate or out of date, we will be more than happy to delete it as soon as you make us aware of this.
